You can add an <strong>MX Record<\/strong> using the cPanel&#8217;s Zone Editor option.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>1.<\/strong> Log in to your cPanel account.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><br \/>\n<strong>2.<\/strong> In the <strong>Domains<\/strong> section, click on <strong>Zone Editor<\/strong>.<br \/>\n<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/img\/cpanel-dnszone-icon.gif\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>3.<\/strong> Under <strong>Domains<\/strong>, you can see many options below <strong>Actions<\/strong>.<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/img\/cpanel-cname-mxrec-domains.gif\" alt=\"\" align=\"none\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>4.<\/strong> Click on the <strong>+MX Record<\/strong>, and a popup box will open. Please enter the required details in it.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Priority:<\/strong> The MX record is used for mail routing. It should have the lowest preference number, typically 0. You can use 0 for your mail routing record and 10 for the record validating that you own your domain.<span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><strong>Destination:<\/strong> Enter the domain name of your Mail Exchange. If you use an external mail server, enter the domain name of the external mail server.
