OVERVIEW

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) describes prohibited activities and acceptable behavior for users of Wicked Robot Development services. It applies to all customers, end users, and any activity that uses our network, systems, or services.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

ILLEGAL ACTIVITY

Using our services to engage in illegal activity, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, distribution of illegal content, or facilitating criminal conduct, is strictly prohibited.

SECURITY ABUSE

Unauthorized access, scanning, probing, or attempts to exploit vulnerabilities on our network or third‑party networks are prohibited. Activities that facilitate botnets, DDoS attacks, or malware distribution are not allowed.

SPAM AND UNAUTHORIZED EMAIL

Sending bulk unsolicited email, phishing, or using our infrastructure to evade anti‑spam protections is prohibited. Bulk sending from shared plans requires prior approval.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY INFRINGEMENT

Hosting or distributing copyrighted material without authorization is prohibited. We respond to DMCA notices and may suspend or terminate repeat infringers.

RESOURCE ABUSE

High‑resource or abusive workloads that destabilize shared infrastructure (sustained heavy CPU, memory, I/O, cryptocurrency mining, or CDN‑style workloads on shared plans) are prohibited unless you have prior written approval and a suitable plan.

HATE, HARASSMENT, AND ILLEGAL SPEECH

Content that promotes violence, hate, or harassment against protected classes or individuals is prohibited. We also prohibit content that facilitates or promotes illegal activities.

ENFORCEMENT

We investigate reports of AUP violations and take action as necessary to protect our network and customers. Enforcement actions may include warnings, throttling, suspension, or termination of services depending on severity and recurrence.

INVESTIGATION PROCESS

We will attempt to notify account holders of alleged violations and provide remediation steps where feasible. In urgent cases (active attacks, ongoing abuse) we may take immediate action without prior notice to protect other users.

APPEALS

If you disagree with an enforcement action, contact support@wickedrobot.dev with your account details and evidence of remediation. Appeals are reviewed in the order received.

REPORTING ABUSE

To report suspected violations of this AUP, contact abuse@wickedrobot.dev with details, evidence, and contact information. For copyright claims, include “DMCA” in the subject line.

EXCEPTIONS AND APPROVALS

High‑risk or high‑volume activities may be allowed only with prior written approval and appropriate infrastructure. Contact sales@wickedrobot.dev to request approval and describe your use case.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this AUP periodically. The effective date below reflects the last revision. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance.
